After a long wait, after reaching grade eight
the most exciting part of grade eight came. Which was the tour. The school decided to take us on a tour on the date of 2074/8/16 to 2074/8/17. This news made all of the students so excited. Out of 51 students 37 of us were ready for the tour. In no time the day arrived.
We were told to arrive the school at 9:30 a.m. I woke up at 5:00 am at that day. I had to go to ANFA for my football training so I went there. After the training time was over, i immediately rushed back home with my dad. Then i had a bath, took my morning meal and i came to school. When i reached school, i saw my friends playing football. I also went to join them. Then after some time we set off for Dhading at 11:00 am.
We all were excited about the journey to Dhading. We went their looking beautiful scenery and we sang lots of songs while going on Dhading. We ate our lunch on the way while going. we reached there at nearly 5 pm and we stayed at camp spring wood in Dhading Kurintar.
After reaching the camp, we had our snacks. Then after a 5 minute rest we went for a hike. The hike was very enjoyable. We crossed a jholunge pul we clicked a lot of photos there. After crossing the bridge we went to cabbage farm. The feeling of running on the fields reminded of me when I used to go to my village. After visiting the cabbage fields we returned to our camp.
Music was being played on our camp. My friends rushed there to dance. As I am not interested in dancing, I had brought a guitar so I stayed in one corner practicing guitar with our driver brother. He surprised me by playing guitar. He was the best. He also taught me to play one song on guitar.
Then it was time for dinner. We had our dinner then we played on the ground for some time. After playing it was time for bonfire and barbeque. The barbeque was awesome. After BBQ we had rest for some time. We had planned to go to riverside at 12:00 am so we went with Deepak sir. Went there twice. Then we came back to our camp. I was sharing a tent with Sonam and Barun. We played guitar inside the tent, ate the snacks that we had brought ourselves then Barun and Sonam went to sleep. I couldn't sleep so I played game in my mobile. I went to sleep at 2:30 am. I was going to sleep but Sonam's snoring disturbed my sleep. After some time I slept.
It was morning time and I was still asleep in my tent. Sonam and Barun were already awake. Then Sonam came near my ear and started playing madal in my ear by saying" wake up, wake up, wake up" I couldn't sleep at night because of his snoring at night and even now he didn't give me to sleep. I was so angry with him that I scolded him and told him not to disturb my sleep. He went outside by saying sorry. I slept again. I came out of my tent at 7:00 am. I washed my face then I went for breakfast.
We had some competitions at morning. Boys had push up competition. I came first from my section and second from the whole class. Basanta was first. We had our breakfast and left for hike. The hike was so exhausting yet refreshing. After 2 hours walk we wet to the beach. I had most of the fun there. The riverside Was so beautiful. I played football. The most memorable part of going to the riverside was making a big dam like wall on the water with Basanta and Albert. We failed for many times but at last we made a beautiful dam like wall then we placed three big stones on the backside of the mini dam then we sat on the stone and we enjoyed throwing stones on the riverside.
We returned our camp. Then it was time to leave the place. We packed our bags then we entered our bus. I was very exhausted so I slept on the bus. I reached home at 7:00 pm because of the jam. The journey turned out to be one of the most memorable one I had ever experienced. This tour was my first night out with my school friends so, I had a lot of fun there. It was an unforgettable trip for all of us and I am heartily thankful towards our school for providing us such a great opportunity to explore the new places.
